The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host a Tween STEAM Time for students in 3rd through 5th grade on Wednesday, February 16 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Each month, do a new activity related to science, technology, engineering, art, and math. This month, explore how snowflakes are made by making snowflake model sand looking at photographs of single snowflakes.
