Tiffin-Seneca Public Library’s “Folk Trails”

The Youth Services Department at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library is offering a new program, “Folk Trails,” for students in kindergarten and first grade beginning Wednesday, September 6 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.
