The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will reward participants of the 2024 Summer Reading Program with an “Ice Cream Extravaganza and BINGO!” on Wednesday, July 31 at 3:00 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.
Join the Library in celebrating all of the hard work during the summer reading program by making a sundae and playing BINGO.
