The Seneca County Master Gardener Volunteers will be hosting a Gardening Basics and Beyond Lecture at the Tiffin Seneca Public Library on Thursday, April 21 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. There will be presentation followed by a question and answer session. A question and answer session will follow her presentation. This event is open to the public at no charge.
