Seneca County General Health District will be offering FREE health screenings on Monday, Feb. 9 in Fostoria. Join us for individualized screenings, discussions, and linkages to services to improve your health in 2026!
The event will feature the Ohio Department of Health Mobile Health Unit, and will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Fostoria Learning Center, 342 Perry St. The mobile clinic will offer free preventative care for community members who are uninsured or underinsured, including blood pressure, glucose, and weight and height checks for adults. Immunizations for children and adults also will be available. Please bring your health insurance card, driver’s license, and vaccination record if you plan on receiving vaccines.
Mental health education and screenings, as well as health and wellness education, also will be offered at the event. Women, Infants & Children (WIC) will be providing education and car seat registration, and giveaways will include NARCAN, sexual health supplies, and much more!
Free transportation by North Central Area Transit (NCAT) to the Fostoria Learning Center will be available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. To schedule transportation, you must do so before Feb. 4. Please call NCAT at (419) 448-7344.
Appointments or pre-registration are not needed to receive services, though vaccine inventory may be limited.
