Destination Seneca County will be hosting the annual Heritage Festival Parade on Saturday, September 17, beginning at 10:30 a.m. in Downtown Tiffin. The route will begin on South Washington Street at St. Joseph Catholic Church and go through the intersection at Riverside Drive.
