Whereas, Alec Cole has requested a conditional use approval to construct one two-family residential dwelling to be located at 266 Sycamore Street, Tiffin, OH.

Therefore, the Commission has set Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall, 51 East Market Street as the time and place for a public hearing of the said matter.
