“The City of Tiffin will begin its annual giveaway of compost Thursday, October 1 at the Water Pollution Control Center, 961 North Water Street for city residents. Hours will be daily from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. When available city employees will load pickup trucks and small trailers for the first week, then open up to larger vehicles after that. Mulch and wood chips are also onsite.  Questions may be addressed to the WPCC at 419-448-5440.”
