NOTICE OF HEARING 

Subject: Variance Request

This notification is sent to all property owners within a 200’ radius of the subject property.

Whereas, Jayesh Bhavsar, representing B&B Foodmart, has requested a variance to reduce a  front yard setback from 25’ to 0’, to construct an addition to a commercial building located at 265 North Washington Street, Tiffin, OH 44883. 

Therefore, the Board has set October 31, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall, 51 East Market Street as the time and place for a public hearing of the said matter.
