Bliss Memorial Library in Bloomville has re-opened to the public but with new hours, limited services and guidelines that will need to be followed. Current hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesdays from 11 until 6. For details, go online to Bliss Library dot org or call 419-983-4675.
