The Ballville Volunteer Fire Department will host a Project Dawn Educational Seminar on Saturday, December 10th from 9-10 am. Attendees will learn the signs and symptoms of an opioid overdose and how to administer the medication Naloxone. All in attendance will be given a Naloxone medication kit free of charge. This event is free to the public, no need to register.
