2022 Bloomville Block Party

The 2022 Bloomville Block Party is scheduled for Saturday, August 6th from 10 AM – 11 PM, and Sunday, August 7th from 11 AM – 1 PM. Join us at Bloomville’s beautiful Veteran’s Memorial and Beeghly Park.
The festivities begin Saturday, August 6th at 10 AM with the opening of our craft show which will include a large variety of inventory in our 20-plus vendor booths. A parade will fill West New Haven St. and onto South Marion St. beginning at 11 AM. OSU’s BIG NUT is our Grand Marshal and he’ll be sticking around to sell his candles, pickles, and sauces with the proceeds going to his OSU Scholarship Fund. The opening ceremony will take place at the finale of the parade at the Bloomville Veteran’s Memorial. A day full of fun will immediately follow with DJ Jeffry Allen, the Gilbert “Goose” Wurm Memorial Big Ball Softball Game from Noon – 3 PM, A Car Show from 1 PM – 5 PM, Civil War Encampment, FREE swimming at Beeghly Pool, FREE Bounce Houses and Inflatable Rides, Kids Games, Shining Star Face Painting, Touch-a-Truck, Seneca County EMS Wellness Checks, Beer Garden, Bingo, Book Signing, 50/50 Drawing, Contests, Prizes, and MORE! We’ll also have great food including Charlie K’s, Aurora Tamales, Big Burel’s BBQ, The Weiner Wagon, and Bloom Twp. Volunteer Fire Dept. is partnering with Linda Vaugh to bring back Bloomville’s Famous Dagmars!
Live music will begin at 1 PM when One Foot In The Grave takes the stage. Followed by The Shifferly Road Band beginning at 4 PM. The Together Band was such a hit last year we’re bringing them back from 8 PM – 11 PM to close the night.
Sunday, August 7th Bloomville Lions Club will be serving delicious chicken dinners beginning at 11 AM. Join us for lunch under the big tent while listening to live music by Troy Gibson.
